Check (Preferred): Please mail your check to our address at 7350 Van Dusen Road Suite # 420, Laurel MD 20707. Check should be made out to  our business name: Maryland Physical Therapy and Wellness Center.

 

In Person: We take card/cash/checks in person. Please check our hours of operations before coming in.
